What are your office hours? 
Sunday - Saturday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Our office is closed on all major holidays.

When can I access my storage unit?
All tenants have access from 6:00 am - 10:00 PM 7 days a week.

What security features are offered?
We have 24 hour surveillance, our tenants walk through the facility throughout the day, and our facilities are locked down with highly secure disc locks. We also have property protection plans.

How should I pack my belongings?
Read through our storage tips or call to speak with a storage expert.

Is insurance required? 
Property Protection is required at the facility. Check with your homeowners or renters insurance to verify coverage. We can also provide you with insurer information.

Do you sell packing supplies? 
Yes. We sell boxes, tape, dust covers, plastic wrapping, locks, bubble wrap, furniture protectors and bags.

What items shouldn’t I store?
Please don’t store flammables, fuels, ammunition, paints, explosives, animals, or perishables. Store very valuable items such as money, jewelry or fur at your own risk.

What sets Self Stor-It apart from other facilities?
Not only do we offer package receiving, but we also have indoor drive-thru units. This makes it possible to keep your belongings out of the heat, and dust free while you drive right up to your indoor storage unit.

Do you offer RV, Boat, or Vehicle Parking? 
Yes. Self Stor-It offers affordable outdoor storage for your RV, boat, or vehicle.

How does the special work?
We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.
